The Nutfields Residents’ Association was formed in July 2010 by the residents of Nutfields, the development of seventy houses off Redwell Lane in Ightham, Kent.
Nutfields is home to a wide range of age groups from families with young children to retired people, who have moved to the development for its tranquility, friendly atmosphere and easy access to the many local attractions.
The key objectives are to represent the interests of residents in the maintenance of amenity land for which they pay the upkeep and generally to present the ‘case for Nutfields’ with other interested parties, such as District, County and Parish Councils, Police and emergency service, the MP for the constituency and such other community stakeholders as may have impact on Nutfields and it’s residents from time to time.
