Oldbury Hill & Styants Bottom
Oldbury Hill one of the most beautiful places, with far reaching views, steep Iron Age ramparts, ancient oak and beech trees. The small caves and shallow rock shelters in the sandstone ridge were probably used by paleolithic man.
Parking: Car park has spaces for 20 cars and is signposted on A25.
- Uneven ground, some slopes and steps
- The area is totally wooded, with semi-steep walks up to the top of the hill, where the Anglo Saxon hill fort is situated.
