Oldbury Lane, Ightham
(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY ORDER 2026

Kent County Council works. bTo allow signage works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Oldbury Lane, Ightham.

A closure is planned from 19th January 2026, with estimated completion by 20th January 2026, or where stated on a valid Permit (GE40112407540-02 – Kent County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriatesignage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on One.Network

Oldbury Lane will be closed from the junction with A25 Ightham Bypass to the junction with Spring Lane. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow signage works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Kent County Council.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via A25 Ightham Bypass, Spring Lane and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
