Children's Clubs and Sports

Ightham has a thriving primary school and nursery. Along with this, there are several local children's clubs.

You can find out more about the Ightham Primary School and Skips by clicking here on Local Amenities. In addition to children's clubs, Ightham has a large Recreation Ground with a well stocked play park, a football pitch and Tennis Courts (bookings for Tennis Court can be made at CarWrights on A25).

There is a Scout Hut on Oldbury Lane next to Skips, details below.

Messy Church is here in Ightham

Messy Church is a whole new way of being Church – for a start it’s not on a Sunday and it doesn’t happen in church!

It will meet every 4th Saturday of the month in Ightham Village Hall from 4-6pm, starting on 28th September. There will be lots of craft activities on offer for everyone to enjoy – a great opportunity to spend some family time together. There will be a short celebration service and we even give you tea before you go home!

Everyone is welcome, parents, grandparents, singles - but all children will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Interested? Then come along as we’d love to see you.
